TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT HIRE
The Winter Gardens have available a 2.4KW (powered speakers) for FOH sound system with a 24 way mixing desk, 6 x 250W monitor speakers, microphones etc.
A blue beige rear projection set is also available for seminar, awards ceromonies and product launches including a screen (9ft wide x 6fthigh) with matching lecturns and lighting. Multimedia projector and laptop computor are available for powerpoint presentations. A Deaf loop amplifier is also available for hearing impaired.
We also carry outside speakers and amplifiers suitable for fairs, fetes, cross country runs and other outdoor events. All the equipment is available to hire with fully trained staff to ensure the smooth running of your event.
CATERING HIRE
The Winter Gardens and Northdown House offer a full equipment and crockery hire service. You can either collect and return the equipment or for an extra charge YOUR Leisure can deliver and collect it. All equipment is sent out clean and undamaged and should be returned in the same condition. Any chipped, cracked or broken equipment will not be accepted because it can not be used again. An appropriate charge will be made to cover the cost of replacement. Also, alternative patterns cannot be accepted.
If you don’t fancy the washing up then we are happy to provide a quote for the return and washing of cutlery, glasses and other equipment. The period of hire is one day unless agreed by prior arrangement e.g. at a weekend. For further information and prices please contact the Winter Gardens.
