Margate Soul Festival is Kent’s signature soul music festival held in and around the picturesque Margate Harbour adjacent to the sands of Margate beach. Taking place annually on the first weekend of August each year Margate Soul Festival offers a unique combination of large-scale live shows, family friendly street performances, DJ led carnival street parties, and the most eclectic mix of after 8 pm club life. Spread across multiple venues, situated around the Harbour our associate venues cater for a selection of musical tastes each adding their own special atmosphere to create what is being hailed as the best soul inspired festival in the country.

All live shows will take place at Margate Winter Gardens housing 2 Stages, the main Indoor stage and our outdoor promenade sunset stage (new for 2016), VIP and event bars and an eclectic mix of stalls. from 3pm Saturday & Sunday (license granted). Our outdoor stage hosted by Mi-Soul will feature live performances on Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th of August.
