LOUIS HOOVER’S
SALUTE TO SINATRA 100
THE CENTENNIAL GALA WORLD TOUR
The Hollywood Orchestra & Special Guests
2015 sees the hundredth anniversary of Frank Sinatra’s birth.
In full celebration of Sinatra’s fabulous music, Louis Hoover, the original star of the West End smash hit show THE RAT PACK LIVE FROM LAS VEGAS, is back live on stage at Margate Winter Gardens with the 17 x piece Hollywood Orchestra and very special guests.
If he played football like he sings, I’d sign him tomorrow - Sir Alex Ferguson
When Louis was seventeen (perhaps a good title for a Sinatra song?) he worked in an office and paid eight pounds to stand up in ‘the gods’ at the RAH to watch his idol perform. On leaving the arena after the show, Louis had what can only be called ‘a premonition’. He ‘just knew’ that he would one day do the same, and perform his favorite music at The Royal Albert Hall.
Louis brought back memories of great times I spent with Ol’ blue eyes. I’m sure if Frank had heard him sing he’d have said ‘Hey, great pipes kid!’ - Sir Roger Moore
It didn’t happen overnight, and Louis worked towards his goal the hard way, playing club circuits, jazz venues and international festivals from RONNIE SCOTT’S in London, to the USA and The Far East.
The running order said ‘Louis Hoover five songs’, what it didn’t say was that he would take the roof off. It was fabulous. - Rory Bremner
After starring in the smash hit West End musical THE RAT PACK and his subsequent one man show SALUTE TO SINATRA all over the world, Louis premonition finally came true.
He finally reached the Royal Albert Hall with his SALUTE TO SINATRA concert show receiving a well deserved, ten minute standing ovation.
Louis now visits Margate with his SALUTE TO SINATRA 100 on this auspicious Centennial Gala World Tour.
We look forward to seeing you there!
When I played Louis album and this is me I didn’t listen for Sinatra. I Only heard Louis Hoover and it was fantastic. - Sir Cliff Richard
