“Only The Young” took another step closer to their dream on Friday night, when X Factor judge Louis Walsh put them through to the live shows.
The group, Betsy, Parisa, Mikey and Charlie, impressed Louis and guest judge Tulisa Constavlos with their cover of Ella Henderson’s “Ghost”.
The band’s members hail from Canterbury, Brighton and Ramsgate. The Winter Gardens has long supported OTY, providing a platform for the band to perform from early in their careers. The group last performed here for their fans in September 2013 and later recorded a yet to be released music video in 2014.
The live shows begin later this month.
