One of the most original and distinctive stars on television, radio and the stage, Jimmy has enjoyed several hugely successful years; this year being no exception. In addition to his much applauded appearances on our screens, his fourth live stand-up DVD, In Concert, topped the charts over Christmas and his sell out 200 date tour, Joke Technician, is still going strong.

Launching this August in Edinburgh, the Rapier Wit tour will feature 120 minutes of fresh, uncensored material, completely updated from that seen in any of his previous performances and DVD releases.

A true masterclass in comedy, no one writes sharper jokes or commands the audience better than Jimmy. With his machine gun fast delivery, he walks a fine line with truly outrageous gags all successfully carried off by crediting his audience with enough intelligence to be in on the joke and able to keep up. To quote Jimmy, 'a woman came up to me last year after a show and said "that was disgusting, puerile - no better than last year." I guess some people just like being offended.'

Over the past few years, Jimmy has deservedly earned his place amongst the premiere league of British comics.  His stand-up achievements to date include a British Comedy Award for Best Live Stand Up Tour, a Loaded LAFTA Award for Best Stand Up, a Perrier Award nomination, Best Stand Up at the Time Out Awards and Best on Screen Newcomer from the Royal Television Society. By December this year, Jimmy will have performed his stand-up tour shows to over one million people in the UK.

The Specials continue their 30^th Anniversary celebrations with the announcement of the final dates of their tour.  The band kick off another set of shows on 1^st November in Cardiff and continue around the country for the month.

Their earlier dates in April and May of this year sold out in record time, and received spectacular reactions and reviews, with every venue on the tour packed to the rafters and the band's classic tracks sounding 'eerily relevant' to the current times according to The Independent On Sunday. With The Daily Telegraph praising 'one of the greatest live bands this country has ever produced' and The Evening Standard acclaiming a band 'spectacularly and life affirmingly reborn', the second leg of the tour sees the band visit those concert halls that missed out on the first leg before a return to London for two massive nights at the Hammersmith Apollo to follow their five sold out night's at Brixton.

Following on the huge success of The Asylum, The Circus of Horrors has had a major revamp & is back rocking & shocking with a brand new show

Set in Mexico during the early 1900's, the cast of chasomongers transport the body of their doyen Dr Haze to a remote area of Mexico.

Unbeynowed to them they settled in a former burial ground of Aztec Warriors. There they join the local inhabitants 'Day of the Dead' rituals to try & revive their esteemed leader. All of course with disastrous consequences!

Amid a backdrop of an Aztec Temple, Witch-doctors, Voodoo Acrobats, Pickled People, Bendy Bodies, Demon Dwarfs, and flying Vampires erupting, chained from a tank of blood to perform their amazing Blood Curdling stunts.

Once revived, The Undead Ringmaster Dr Haze will  guide you through a hell of a  tale with the help of the live devil driven rock 'n' roll of The Interceptors From Hell and a huge uncontrollable cast of  Toltecion Beauties,  Curvaceous Creatures, Aztec Warriors, Posada's Skeletons, Voluptuous Vampires and some of the worlds greatest, grotesque, most daring &  bizarre Circus acts.

After selling several million records, winning two Brit Awards and the Mercury Music Prize, performing across the globe and recording a track that has become an unofficial national anthem - international anthem even, Heather Small is set to return to the stage in 2009. 

As Part of M People, hits such as 'Moving On Up', 'One Night In Heaven' and 'Search For The Hero' and albums like Elegant Slumming, Bizarre Fruit and Fresco achieving massive worldwide success, Heather became one of the seminal British voices of the 1990s, with the band winning the Best British Dance Act Award at the Brits in 1994 and 1995, as well as the Mercury Music Prize.

In addition to recent appearances in front of the world's cameras at Buckingham Palace for the 2012 Olympic Handover party, special appearances at Manchester Pride, and the Cardiff Millenium Stadium for the Welsh 6 Nations Victory Celebration, Heather has spent the autumn on our television screens every Saturday and Sunday night in the hit-series 'Strictly Come Dancing'. 

In the midst of all of this, Heather and the Snake Davis Band completed a run of 3 sell-out nights at Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club in London at the end of 2008, which were received with overwhelming acclaim.  And having spent the past few months concentrating on her dance moves, she is now very keen to get back to the singing. 

Heather will take to the road again in 2009, with confirmed shows at the IndigO2 in London and a string of dates across the country in May and June, where she will showcase her vocal talent with a mixture of blues and jazz standards and the greatest and best-loved hits from her own solo material and her days with M People.
