Stage Door Theatre Company who last year brought "Billy Elliot - The Musical" to The Winter Gardens return this year with the family classic Annie.

Annie is the little girl with nothing in the world except boundless optimism, who finds happiness through her energy and sense of fun. A truly inspirational story with a real feel-good factor, Annie is full of toe-tapping hits such as It's the Hard Knock Life, Easy Street, You're Never Fully Dressed Without A Smile, NYC, Maybe and of course, Tomorrow. These wonderful songs have become staples of musical theatre repertoires worldwide and now, 34 years on, it remains one of the most loved and universally appealing musicals of all time.

THE ROYAL MARINE ASSOCIATION CONCERT BAND

The Royal Marines band service has built a world class reputation by their thrilling performances worldwide for over a century.

Many of its musicians, on leaving the service, go on to successful music careers but their links with the Royal Marines seldom diminishes.

In response to public demand, these former RM musicians have formed their own band, which matches the highest standards of the serving bands.

Local Lad Joe Cooper (ring masters 2010/11 champion and Southerns ABA champion) in the co -main event of the evening against Kevin Del from France who had a very impressive win over Ben craggy back in March on KFN 2.

THE BON JOVI EXPERIENCE

Formed in 1983, Bon Jovi is an American rock band from Sayreville, New Jersey, fronted by lead singer and namesake Jon Bon Jovi.

"The Bon Jovi Experience" is an outstanding tribute to Bon Jovi.  They are the only Bon Jovi tribute band in the world to have actually played and shared a stage with Jon Bon Jovi himself!  (Fans will have thought there were two Bon Jovis on stage that night, so much does lead singer Tony Pearce resemble Jon Bon Jovi!)

PROFESSOR GREEN

One of the UK's best freestylers/rappers, Professor Green (real name Stephen Manderson) made a name for himself as a battle MC from Hackney, East London.

 Winning the prestigious freestyle night 'Jump-Off' twice in a row, which brought him to the attention of talent scouts and The Streets band member Mike Skinner.

Littering his lyrics with wry pop culture references, a sharp sense of humour and honesty, Professor Green has produced and collaborated with a host of musicians, including Lily Allen."

WRESTLING SPECTACULAR

NEWTON FAULKNER

Brit nominated, acoustic guitar virtuoso Newton Faulkner has announced a UK tour this October. He will also release his single 'Clouds' on July 1^st taken from his third album 'Write It On Your Skin' on July 9^th.

Newton wrote 'Clouds' in a garage in the LA sunshine with his brother Toby and Sam Farrar (Phantom Planet). The track sums up one of the over-riding themes of the album, which is 'I know things appear to be bad now but they will get better'.

It¡'s been over three years since 2009's 'Rebuilt By Humans' and in that time he's toured the world, started a family (he has a one year old son, Beau Henry Faulkner-Richards) and some might say helped usher in a new generation of singer-songwriters. Ed Sheeran, Ben Howard and Michael Kiwanuka might be stylistically diverse, but their 'have-guitar-will-travel' approach surely flows from the trailblazing example of Newton.

Now, after invention, innovation, reinvention and creation, comes his third album, Write It On Your Skin. This one man band (in every sense) has opened himself up to the talents of other writers and players working with his brother Toby (a former drum and bass MC), hip hop fan Sam Farrar (Phantom Planet) and production writing pair Nexus.

The result? An album bristling with spontaneity, the best kind of DIY imagination, and songs from unlikely sources but with a very likely-lad appeal.

He is the feelgood man of the season, the summertime troubadour who brings singalong vibes. As he says now with a laugh, despite his trademark rust-red dreads, he only seems to get recognized when it's sunny outdoors:

"For some reason if it's raining it can't be me - but if the sun's shining, then it's definitely me! I'm completely affiliated with the sun. I get that now."

Newton has previously sold over 1million albums in the UK alone. His debut 'Hands Built By Robots' spent over 10 months inside the Top 40 Album Charts and become one of the Top 20 Biggest Selling UK digital albums of all time.
