The theme for the first half is music from all the great "flying" films - "Dambusters", "Battle of Britain" "Reach for the Sky", etc - all the films that make you proud to be British and what better way to celebrate our national pride than an aerial display to music by a magnificent WW2 SPITFIRE, resplendent in its D-day markings. Hearing those engines approaching is enough to make you weep with emotion.

There will also be pieces of music to recognise the valuable contribution of our land and sea forces.
