Margate Soul Festival is Kent’s signature soul music festival held in and around the picturesque Margate Harbour and Promenade adjacent to the sands of Margate beach.
Taking place annually on the first weekend of August each year, Margate Soul Festival offers a unique combination of ticketed large-scale live shows, free to access family friendly street performances, and the most eclectic mix of club nightlife. Spread across the creative Old Town, our selection of venues cater for a wide range of musical tastes, each with their own special atmosphere, creating the best soul inspired festival in the country.
Ages: On our free to access sites, The Old Town, families are welcome as long as the accompanying adult (s) remain in full supervision of the children.
In our ticketed event arenas a child or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 yrs or older. ID must be provided and both must be in possession of a valid pass.
