WEDDING RECEPTIONS

This pack includes all the information needed to organise your Wedding, and we would be delighted to discuss the arrangements with you in detail to ensure a completely successful and memorable day.

On the day itself, our professional team and managers will be on hand to ensure that every detail goes to plan so that you and your guests can enjoy your special day.

Our prices include hire of the hall for the reception and wedding breakfast until 7.00pm, as long as there are at least 100 guests for the wedding feast.  There may be an additional charge for the evening party and we will be happy to discuss your requirements with you. Also included are full bar facilities, free cake stand and knife, 50% discount for all children under 8 years or their own menu, our experienced staff to guide you through the day.

Suggested Format of the Reception

The following is a tried and trusted format you may like to consider for your Wedding Reception:

• Allow about 1hr 45mins for the Church service and photographs - about 25 minutes less for a Registry Office Ceremony.
• Arrive at YOUR VENUE to welcome your guests - usually both sets of parents with the bride and groom.
• Offer welcome drinks and finish the last photographs.
• The cutting of the cake takes place after the sweet has been cleared and the Champagne served and this is followed by the speeches.
• Coffee and cake are served - now you can relax!

Wedding Package Details

There is a wide selection of menus for your wedding.  You can choose a menu from our Banqueting Selector or the Suggested Menus below. Then just add the cost of one of our drinks packages and that gives you the price per person including VAT and Hall Hire.  Evening refreshments can be supplied at £160.00 per 30 guests.  Quotes can also be supplied for extras such as table flowers, helium balloons, coloured laundry and Toast Master.  If you need further advice or ideas then we are here to help.
